For Our Shower Enclosure Clients,
All Shower Doors are not returnable. The shower door orders cannot be canceled once the specs have been signed off on. We believe we go through an extensive process to make sure our clients are receiving exactly what they have ordered. We are ready to help on the phone, email, fax to answer any questions from quote to installation we are here for you and we want to "see" your finished product.
Shipping Your Shower Door,
Every effort is made to pinpoint shipping and times. Quotes are given with shipping, unless otherwise noted, and delivery times can vary. Shower doors are delivered curbside. Please let us know if you have any special needs we need to be aware of.
When Your Shower Arrives,
Please take a moment to check for any damage that you may see to the shower. If there is damage or obvious glass breakage refuse your order to the driver and Contact Us immediatley. We suggest phoning us for faster service, however, you can reach us within one business day via our email.
Guarantee
There is a "No Return/ No Cancel" policy on all Shower Doors. We guarantee that our other products will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping.
Return Policy
There is a "No Return/ No Cancel" policy on all Shower Doors.
You may return other items, ie; frameless mirrors, table tops, for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Item must not have been installed or used in any manner. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
