John responded to my inquiry within an hour, he made an appointment to come the next day to take a look at the project, that evening he called me with a price and delivery quote, and the whole project took 9 days to complete. I was so pleased with the professionalism and the outstanding customer service of John and Danya that I hired them two weeks later for a second job in my upstairs bathroom. I'll surely recommend A Better View to anyone looking for professional, reputable, and excellent quality glasswork to be done in their home. Thank you John and Danya for a job well done!!

John called back within the hour and had a quote to me before the end of the day...wow! The price with all the extras was lower than the basics from the competition, the delivery was twice as fast as the competition alluded to and the installation quality was phenomenal. My frameless panel and glass shower doors are a real show piece. These guys are a first class five star operation. If you need custom glass or mirrors you should stop here you won't be disappointed.

Customer service is first rate, products are first class and prices are first choice! Our first request was for some custom made glass tabletops. The turnaround time was astounding and they were perfectly made to order. Next we needed a specific custom-made mirror and mounting. They did a fantastic job and we've gotten many compliments on that and have told all where to go for excellent glasswork. Our next project is right around the corner and we wouldn't consider any other source!

Now, my kids can shower in safety:^) I will call them next time I need glass work done and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs glass work. Thanks to you both!

The price was very reasonable and I was all ready to order but then a very unique and special thing happened. The cost of shipping was close to the cost of the mirror - the customer service rep took it upon herself to find that same mirror in my back yard. This is Exceptional Customer Service and it tells me that WantaBetterView cares more about their customers than just getting a sale. Impressive.
