I ordered a frameless shower door and glass panel for bathroom remodel. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth the process went. I was contacted several times to confirm measurements and review drawings. Once I gave my approval, the door and panel were manufactured, crated up, and shipped safely all the way to Redmond, WA. The installation instructions were very detailed. The heavy glass door and panel fit exactly as expected and look fantastic. It's rare these days to be able to talk and/or email a live person, but Danya at wantabetterview.com always responded quickly to my email questions and called at various points in the process to give me status updates.

It took my husband a whole year (Plus some, sorry honey) to tile our shower himself. So when we received our new beautiful, high quality shower doors in just 7 days, we were so happy. When John came out to give us an estimate he had brochures, materials and answered all of our questions. His estimate was lower than the others we had received, but his quality of workmanship and the finished product far exceeded anything we had expected. We have had such a wonderful experience with John and Danya. Thank you guys so much. We have shown off our shower doors to everyone that comes over....whether they need to go to the bathroom or not.

We went through a huge mess with another company before A Better View was recommended to us. Another company came in a put up another shower enclosure and we use the term "put up" loosely. The workmanship, product and service was the worst we have ever experienced. After 6 months without a working shower it was refreshing to work with the folks at A Better View. After 3 short weeks we have a working shower that is not only very solid but nice looking as well. Their work ethic is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone as well as use them again. Thanks for a great experience from start to finish!

I highly recommend A Better View Glass to anyone. John is a super nice guy and did an excellent job of installing my shower glass. He really takes pride in his work. A faulty hinge caused my glass door to slide off line. However, John and Donya retrieved a new part and came right back out and fixed the problem without delay. His work exceeded my expectations.
